HOMECOMING 2024: OCTOBER 4 TO 6

Welcome to Hanover College Homecoming – a weekend of nostalgia, excitement, and reconnection! Get ready to reunite with old friends, cheer on the Panthers, and indulge in a feast of fun!

Homecoming Registration Closes September 27 at 5:00 p.m.

Please note that registration for all Homecoming activities will close at 5:00 p.m. on September 27. To ensure a smooth and successful event, we must provide final attendance numbers to catering and our event setup teams, who will arrange locations based on RSVP and registration counts.

Even though the registration deadline has passed, all alumni and friends are welcome to attend Homecoming Weekend. However, please note that seating and food may be limited for those without an RSVP or registration. Due to final preparations, we cannot accept phone registrations, and refunds will not be available after the deadline.

I appreciate your understanding—we look forward to celebrating with you!

Important Safety Information

A burn ban is in effect in Jefferson County from August 5, 2024, to September 30, 2024. Hanover College currently allows charcoal grills and small fire pits in tailgate spaces.

Reunions Galore

Homecoming is a yearly event where you can return to tailgate, catch up with friends, create new memories, and celebrate milestone reunions such as the 50-year, 25-year, and 10-year reunions. Join your classmates to reminisce, share stories, and make new memories. Whether you graduated last year or decades ago, the laughter and camaraderie will make you feel right at home.

Football Frenzy

Get your spirit gear on and head to the stands for the big game! Feel the adrenaline rush as our Panthers take the field. With every touchdown and tackle, the excitement is palpable.

Concessions

Hungry? We've got you covered! Head to the concessions in the BIG TENT for classic game-day treats—hot dogs, hamburgers, pulled pork sandwiches, and ice cream novelties. Or, if you're in the mood for something else, head to the Shoebox and check out their food and beer menu.

And So Much More...

The fun doesn't doesn't! Explore the campus for music, photo booths, and activities for all ages. Take a self-guided campus tour, visit the Point, or visit the Duggan Library for another excellent presentation. Plus, there is plenty of Hanover swag under the white Alumni Tent.

Hanover College Homecoming is more than just an event—it celebrates our vibrant community. Come home, reconnect, and create new memories that will last a lifetime. We can't wait to see you there!

Tailgating Spots & Tailgating Policies

Please review the Hanover College Athletic Department's Tailgate Policy.

August 2024: This year's tailgate holders will receive an email asking them to renew their spots. If they do not renew by mid-August, they will forfeit their spot. Tailgate Football Players and their families can sign up for open tailgate spots.
Late August 2024: The tailgate link will be active on the athletic website for NEW season tailgate spots. Season spots are $100.00
- RESERVE YOUR TAILGATE SPOT FOR HOMECOMING now through October 2 or until sold out.
- These spots are first-come, first-served until the grass lot sells out.
- They are $25.00 per spot and will be available through the link only via the Athletic Department.
- No phone calls.
