Last year, generations of Panthers connected at 11 different locations and showcased their school pride, shared stories and made new connections. Welcome to the Neighborhood locations that are selected by YOU! You select the location and time, and we'll let everyone in your area know about it! It's that easy. A few days before your gathering, you'll receive a packet from the Office of Alumni Relations that will include blank nametags, a sign-in sheet, welcome signage, and HC giveaways.

Host Responsibilities
- Choose a local venue and time you would like to host the event
- There is no cost to the host. This is a pay-as-you-go event for all attendees. Hanover College is not able to supplement unpaid tabs.
- Contact the venue to reserve space for the group.
- Please select a free location. Hanover College is not responsible for the venue or additional fees
- Let Michelle know your venue and time by July 20
- Promote the event on social media and with your local friends and Hanover connections.
- Optional: send email invitations to alumni in your area (we will provide the list)
- Show up a little early to set up the supplies we supply and welcome guests
- Snap some photos for the Alumni social media page and future event promotions

Event Timing
All events will take place on September 7, and you can choose the start and end times for something that works best for you! Typically events start around 5 or 6.
