The Home Away from Home Fund provides supplementary support for students who use campus housing during breaks. Hanover College provides free campus housing over breaks for students who have demonstrated financial need, and the Home Away from Home Fund complements the steps Hanover College already takes to provide security and safety during breaks for those students who may have limited options elsewhere. This fund can be used for a variety of needs such as the purchase of food when a student cannot afford meals over breaks, transportation needs, and activities.
