The COACH Mentoring Community connects Hanover alumni with students through flexible, meaningful mentoring experiences—including classroom conversations, career-focused interactions, and real-world guidance.
Building on five years of success from the original COACH Mentoring Program, the COACH Mentoring Community expands mentoring beyond traditional, long-term matches. It better reflects how students learn today and how alumni want to engage. Many opportunities are intentionally short-term, classroom-based, or focused on a specific career-related need.
