COACH FOR EDUCATION

The COACH For Education Mentor Program is a collaboration between the Levett Career Center, the Office of Alumni Relations, and the Educator Preparation Program at Hanover College. It provides a unique opportunity for rising juniors in the Education department to connect with experienced alum mentors who share their interests and industry knowledge.

Students can benefit from guidance throughout their undergraduate college years, with mentors offering valuable advice on topics related to the Educator Preparation Program and job placement after graduation. The program encourages honest and authentic conversations between mentors and mentees.

For Education alum mentors, this program is an exceptional chance to reconnect with Hanover College and give back to students seeking guidance. Mentors are matched based on their answers to the Alumni Information Form, and the program offers opportunities to learn about Generation Z and enhance mentoring skills.

The COACH For Education Mentoring Program is accessible and equitable for all participants, with no strict requirements. It allows flexibility and customization to ensure a meaningful and lasting connection between mentee and mentor. Alum mentors don't need prior mentoring experience, only a genuine interest in helping students succeed.

Join the COACH For Education Mentoring Program today and get matched with your ideal mentor. Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity!
