Join us on March 22 at 6:00 p.m. for Thoughts on Exercise as We Age with Dr. Mike Richardson. Currently, the closest thing we have to the Fountain of Youth is proper exercise, sleep, and nutrition. This session will focus on the physical activity component from that trifecta. We will explore the current physical activity guidelines regarding strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility. Additionally, we will discuss strategies for addressing those recommendations.
