Join us on October 21 at 6:00 p.m. for Very Specific Exercises for the Prevention and Treatment of Low Bone Density (Osteopenia) and Osteoporosis with Dr. Mary Saloka Morrison. Whether you want to maintain strong bones as you age or you currently have low bone density, including osteoporosis, exercise can be one way to slow or even reverse the process. Myths surrounding exercises for bones will be discussed as well as an overview of the exercise prescription.
