One of his humorous interludes, Miguel de Cervantes (1547-1616), the father of the Spanish hero Don Quixote, creates a brilliant fable about how we all believe what we want to believe. Everything that confirms our previous assumptions will be accepted at face value, no matter how absurd. The directors and the stars featured will attend the premiere, and you could ask them questions! (Spanish with English subtitles). Registration is not required.
  • 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Hanover College Theatre Presents: "The Woods," The Other Place, Ide Hall
Long before Dorothy landed in Oz, a beautiful girl named Nimmie lived in a land of blue. When Nimmie falls in love with a young woodsman named Nick, the wicked witch who holds her captive will stop at nothing to keep them apart. Discover how the Tin Man lost his heart in this captivating and original production that explores how much of ourselves we'll give up for love.
