Congratulations, alumni, on your Golden Panther Reunion! The College looks forward to celebrating you during Homecoming Weekend, October 7-9, 2022. All alumni who graduated 51 years or more are invited to the Golden Panther Luncheon Reunion on Saturday, October 8, 2022. Mark your calendar now and plan to join classmates and friends for great food, mingling, and reminiscing. 

To prepare for this occasion, please be sure to:

  • Make your hotel reservation today. This list of local Madison and surrounding area accommodations is a great resource.
  • Update your contact information to ensure you receive updates on your Reunion.

Registration is required for all events, including free events, and ends on Friday, September 30.  After September 30, refunds will not be available. Take a look at The Guest List to see who is coming back to campus!

Friday, October 7, 2022
  • 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - Alumni Awards & Reception
    Location:  Campus Center/Patio (doors open at 5:00 p.m.)
    Join trustees, faculty, staff, and students on the patio of the Campus Center as we welcome everyone back to campus for Homecoming Weekend. We'll begin with recognizing our Alumni Award Honorees, followed by a reception. Enjoy heavy hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar.

  • 8:00 a.m. - Tailgate Lot Opens
    • September 19: a new link for HOMECOMING tailgate spots will be added to the website. These spots are first-come, first-serve until the grass lot sells. These spots are $25.00 per spot.
  • 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Campus Bookstore
    The College Bookstore is located on the lower level of the Campus Center and has a small store at the Alumni stadium.
  • 10:00 a.m. - Coach Mentoring Program - Campus Center/Cafe 1827
    Are you interested in becoming an alumni mentor for a current student? Already a Coach mentor, or mentee? Join us and get a free coffee for your testimonial! Join us for an informal gathering at Cafe 1827, located on the lower level of the Campus Center.
  • 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. - Science Center
    Take a ride on the science side! Take a self-guided tour and enjoy displays that include colorful minerals, rare & unusual fossils, art & cultural exhibits, a butterfly collection, and more. Make sure to stop by to see The Burning Tree Mastodon - the world's most-complete American mastodon on permanent display!
  • 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - Walking Campus Tour
    The campus walking tour will last for approximately one hour. Your group will depart from the campus clock at Ball Drive and Scenic Drive (near Admissions). A student ambassador will lead your group, stopping at each location on the route to provide additional information and answer questions. We recommend you bring good walking shoes and dress for the weather. Please note: The Admission Office will be closed.   • 11:00 a.m. - Volleyball Reunion and Alumni Matchup
    The match-up game will be held in Horner Center, followed by a reunion in the tailgate lot. Make sure to register for the match-up to help us determine if there is interest.
  • 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. - Beta Brothers Gathering
    Meet in Cafe 1827 on the lower level of the Campus Center.  Grab your favorite Starbucks coffee and catch up with friends. A few reserved tables will be available.
  • 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. – GOLDEN PANTHER REUNION LUNCHEON
    All alumni celebrating 51+ years of being a Hanover graduate are welcome for a special luncheon.
    • Location: Withrow Activities Center/Campus Center
    • Cost: $35 per person
    • Buffet Lunch:
      • Sliced fresh fruit with a yogurt cup
      • Assorted cheese board with crackers, including gluten-free options
      • Vegetable crudites with ranch
      • Hummus trio with assorted bread and crackers
      • Shrimp cocktail with traditional sauce
      • Assorted pinwheel sandwiches
      • Dessert shooters: Cinnamon spiced raisin rice pudding, strawberry shortcake parfaits, creme brulee
    • Class Photos: 11:30 a.m.
    • 1:30 p.m. - The football game will be playing on the large projector screen on the television
  • 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - HANOVERFEST - Located in the tailgate lot and is open to all guests.

  • 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. – Football vs. Blufton- GO PANTHERS!
  • 1:30 p.m. - Champions Club Gathering 
    Champions Club members, are you coming to the Homecoming football game on Oct. 8nd? If so, you are welcome to spend some time in the President's box with the President and other Champions Club members between 1:15 and the game's conclusion. Seating in the box is minimal, so you may want to watch the game from the bleachers but feel free to stop by the box for a snack and to say hi.
  • 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - ALL ALUMNI DINNER REUNION (new - all alumni  & friends are welcome)
    Location: Campus Center Main Dining Room and Patio
    Cost: $45: Includes buffet dinner with an open bar

Sunday, October 9, 2022
  • 10:00 a.m. - Sunday Morning Service at Hanover Presbyterian Church
    Join President Lambert at the Hanover Presbyterian Church, located at 174 East Main Street, Hanover, IN 47243, as he leads the church services on Sunday, October 3. Rev. Dr. Catherine Y.E. Knott, Ph.D., will provide the Holy Communion.
